Interior doors, shelves & trim

Hi everyone!  Today was a rainy, stormy day-- or I guess I should say morning-- here in BR.  We got some pretty intense storms last night and lots more rain this morning, so we were thinking that the day would be a complete wash.  It cleared up this evening though, and we were able to go visit the house.  They got all the interior doors, trim and shelves up today!

Here's a shot of our living room/entry way with all the trim up.  You can even see the trim on the windowsills-- the little details that make it more homey.

Trim around the entryway.

Shelves are in in the pantry!  Ahh, I fantasize about this pantry every day when I'm trying to find stuff all squished into our cabinets!

Nice shot of the interior doors (this one is for our master bedroom).

Master closet. Another part of the house that I fantasize about daily!

I forgot to take a picture of the laundry room cabinets last night-- so here they are!  Mike measured tonight and our washer/dryer and their associated drawers will fit (with spare inches) underneath the cabinets, so that is great!  It does bother me how they only put them on one side, however..

Shelves in the hallway linen closet.

Our attic access in the garage went in, too!

The paint is here!  All delivered and ready to go up on the walls!

When we were leaving, we noticed a pretty incredible rainbow so we drove over to a more isolated spot to get a photo (this is on one of the roads that hasn't been built yet).  And actually, in this photo it almost looks like it could be a double rainbow, which brings back all sorts of memories from my mom the night of our rehearsal dinner (RAINBOW!!).  Haha.  It was a pretty incredible and strong one tonight, though!

Well, that is all for today!  It's supposed to rain more tomorrow, but I would assume they will still work.  We'll see!  And if we can get there tomorrow night, I will do another post!
