Hi! I think we have to start right with the picture today, because it is so hard to believe how far we've come in just 5 days. Sunday, our "house" was just a slab, and today, Friday, you can walk through all the rooms just like we will be able to in years to come. It is absolutely incredible.
It didn't look like too much on the outside was done today but the inside is moving along quite nicely. There wasn't anyone there when we got there today, so we could go inside and check things out.
What will be our kitchen. The tall-ish thing sticking out of the slab is what will be our island, and the papers so carefully left in front of it are our house plans. ;) You can see through to the window for the study and the master bedroom.

Hubs playing with his phone after I told him I wanted to take a video. I make every trip take twice as long when we go, because I want to share this fun with you too!
